Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing customer's delivery, packing, and shipping
• Responsible for receiving customers' orders and within 5 minutes to arrange dispatchers pick up
• Responsible for assist Supervisor for daily operation.
• Responsible for assist Supervisor for attendance records and reports
• Ad-hoc task by the supervisor.
• Follow up self-collect parcel, proceed return parcel, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidates can use basic office software
• Independent working ability, careful and patient
• Positive attitude and good service to customers
